Mechanical work is licensed state by state. The contractor who performs the work holds the license required where your building sits, and carries its own insurance.
One scope everywhere
The maintenance scope, the report format and the invoice format do not change between markets, so comparing two locations means comparing two identical documents.
What we will tell you before you sign anything
Coverage claims are easy to make and hard to verify, so here is the honest version.
- Response times differ by market. A dense metro and a rural county are not the same promise, and we quote the window for your address rather than a national average.
- For a new market we name the contractor we intend to assign before the first visit, so you can check the licence yourself.
- If we cannot cover a location properly, we say so and you keep your incumbent there. A site we cannot serve well costs you more than a gap in the portfolio.
