Any commercial HVAC company advertising one national number for a repair is quoting a number it will change once it sees the roof. What we can commit to in advance is how the invoice is built.
Three policies that decide what you pay

Flat rate diagnostics
One quoted fee covers travel and diagnosis, and it comes off the repair when you approve the work. No hourly clock running while a technician walks the roof.

Parts at supplier cost
The supplier invoice is attached to yours. Our margin sits in the labour line where you can see it, not hidden inside a part number you cannot price check.

No after hours premium on contracts
Contract sites pay the same diagnostic rate at two in the morning as at two in the afternoon, and pay no trip charge on scheduled visits.
What moves your number up or down
Visit frequency
Quarterly visits on standard office equipment cost less per year than monthly visits on a kitchen or a server room, and they prevent different failures.
Flat rate diagnostic fee quoted before dispatch, credited toward the repair when you approve the work. Parts billed at supplier cost with the invoice attached. Contract rates are fixed for the term and printed in the agreement, so a renewal is never a surprise. If a competing quote beats ours on a like for like scope, send it to us. We will either match the scope properly or tell you to take the other quote.
