Commercial HVAC service

Split system, ductless and VRF service

Not every office runs on a rooftop unit. Individual suites, conference rooms, server closets and tenant fit outs usually run on wall units, ceiling cassettes or a multi zone VRF system, and those fail for different reasons.

What is included

  • Wall mounted, ceiling cassette, floor console and concealed duct indoor units
  • Single zone mini splits through multi zone VRF and VRV systems
  • Indoor coil and blower wheel cleaning, the usual cause of weak airflow and smell
  • Condensate pump and drain line work before water reaches a ceiling tile
  • Refrigerant leak search on line sets, flare joints and indoor coils
  • Controls, remotes, thermostats and zone board faults
01

Why these units get neglected

A ductless head is quiet, sits above head height, and nobody looks at it until it drips or stops cooling. The filters behind that front panel are meant to be washed monthly, and the blower wheel behind them collects a film that slowly strangles airflow. Most weak cooling complaints on a split system are a cleaning problem, not a refrigerant problem, and a technician who reaches for gauges first will sell you gas you did not need.

02

Multi zone systems need brand knowledge

VRF and VRV equipment runs proprietary controls, fault code tables and service tools that differ by manufacturer. We assign these calls only to crews certified on the system installed in your building, because guessing at a fault code on a multi zone machine is how a small repair turns into a compressor.

03

Water is the real risk

An indoor unit above a desk or a rack sits over the things it can ruin. Every visit checks the drain pan, clears the condensate line, tests the pump and the float switch, and confirms the safety actually cuts the unit off. That check costs minutes and prevents the claim.
